By accessing or using Spark (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Spark. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information in your profile.
• You may not create more than one account.
• You may not use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• Use Spark for commercial solicitation or spam.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the App.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Spark. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Safety

While we work to keep Spark safe, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. You are responsible for your interactions. We encourage you to report any concerning behavior using our in-app reporting tools.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

Spark is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.
